FIM is part of a network

FIM is a member of:

  • The umbrella organization of the Diakonie Hessen
  • KOK - German Network against human trafficking, a network of different counseling organizations for the victims of human trafficking
  • Network INTEGRA, which is a network for overcoming female genital mutilation (FGM/C)
  • ECPAT Germany, e.V., a working group for the protection of children against sexual exploitation

FIM cooperates with migrant organizations, is integrated in migrant networks and is supported by native-language multipliers. In cases of individual counseling, FIM cooperates with several different institutions like administrative bodies, lawyers, doctors, psychotherapists, women’s shelter and other specialized counseling centers.
At national and regional level FIM works in several expert committees and is engaged in diverse interdisciplinary networks.
